It tells the story of Operation Overlord during the Normandy D-Day Landings. Haddon Hall and Bakewell

The authentic medieval architecture of Haddon Hall, a 900-year-old country house, has made it popular with film makers with productions including Pride and Prejudice, The Other Boleyn Girl and Mary Queen of Scot being filmed here.
Haddon is considered one of the most important historic houses in the Western World and you can explore its medieval kitchens, the 110ft Long Gallery, Elizabethan Gardens and the wonderful art, tapestries and furniture collections.
