Regarded as the best zoo in the UK and covering 130 acres with over 500 species this will be a great day out. We will aim to arrive about 11:30 and depart at 5pm.

North Yorkshire Moors Railway & Whitby

This year we will be running this day trip with 2 drivers to allow for extra time on the journey and additional time in Whitby. Travel by coach to Pickering to board the 12:00 North Yorkshire Moors Railway. The NYMR travels for 18 miles through the fabulous Yorkshire Moors scenery to Whitby. On route you pass 5 stations including Goathland which dates from 1865 and featured in the Heartbeat TV series and the first Harry Potter film. We have the afternoon in Whitby before rejoining the coach at 17:30 for our homeward journey.

Whether it’s a shopping trip or a special museum or a matinee theatre you choose to visit we will set you down and pick up from a convenient point for your chosen destination. Your set down options can include: Oxford Street, Trafalgar Square or Aldwych for shopping, Covent Garden or Theatres. South Kensington for museums (Natural History, Victoria and Albert or Science).
